Lead from the front and shape

I readily take the lead, put topics on the agenda on my own initiative and use the room to shape – especially where nothing has been defined yet.

Try new things – execute systematically

I bring in new ideas and get others excited about them. At the same time, I plan thoroughly, make well-considered decisions and reliably keep my commitments.

Develop people

I actively develop my team members, trust them with challenging assignments and keep learning myself – I see feedback as an opportunity.

Today P&L accountability for the subscription and recurring service business (ARR model) based on modular service agreements, incl. data-driven retrofit and secure remote access.

  6. Leading change

Implemented reorganizations in the matrix, led the lifecycle migration of the installed edge base, translated security and compliance requirements (CRA, NIS2) into operations.

  7. Scaling through automation & AI

Because the platform can only scale through efficient automation: evaluated and introduced AI use cases in operations – with the goal of bringing the digital workforce more fully into day-to-day operations.
